Great Southwestern Construction, Inc. is looking for goal-oriented individuals to join our Field Services Team. You will start as a Field Services Groundman, our entry-level position, which will enable you to learn about our company and processes. After our six-month groundsman rotational program, you'll be eligible to grow to the next level as a Field Services Coordinator. We'll provide you the training, mentors, and equipment you'll need to be successful - you'll bring the work ethic and dedication!
As a Field Services Coordinator, you will be working on project sites, enhancing efficiency and customer service through various reporting and tracking processes. You will work side by side assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent with the day-to-day operations of an assigned construction project.
