SUCCESSFUL INTERVIEWS
Our Talent Acquisition team will consider applicants who meet the basic qualifications and will decide by reviewing your resume in relation to the requirements listed in the job’s description. If selected, you will be contacted by our team to schedule a phone, live video, or in-person interview. You may be invited to additional interviews depending on the position and team within MYR Group & subsidiaries you are applying for.

Selection Process
After your interview, we will notify you of next steps or feedback, regardless of the outcome in the process. We are growing and encourage you to apply for all positions that match your qualifications and interest.
All new employees are subject to background screenings, drug testing (in the US), and could be subject to further screening depending on the role. A post-offer, pre-employment drug test may be required as a condition of our organization receiving contracts from federal agencies. Please remember that regardless of the legalization of marijuana in some states, possession and use continues to be illegal under the federal Controlled Substances Act.
Start dates depend on successful completion of the pre-employment screening process, your proximity to the role, and your availability.
